Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
  • Proven experience in treasury, financial markets, or risk management
  • Knowledge of SAP (desirable) and advanced Excel; experience with automation tools
  • In-depth understanding of Argentine market regulations related to treasury operations (exports, imports, cross-border payments and collections)
  • Fluent in Spanish; Advanced English required; Portuguese is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and cultures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to risk mitigation (preferred)
  • Experience leading process automation projects in treasury or finance (preferred)
  • Familiarity with regional treasury operations across Latin America (preferred)
  • Ability to manage complex regulatory environments and propose innovative solutions (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor local treasury operations, including cash management, FX transactions, and payment execution
  • Develop and maintain risk control reports in coordination with banking partners to ensure transparency and operational efficiency
  • Lead automation and integration projects to enhance treasury processes and mitigate credit and operational risks
  • Analyze and propose liquidity solutions, including structuring investment strategies and cash allocation
  • Act as liaison with financial institutions to resolve systemic limitations and improve transaction flows
  • Provide strategic and operational support to the regional treasury team, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives
  • Monitor regulatory and governmental changes affecting the Argentine market, with a focus on transactional regulations related to treasury activities
