Member of the leadership team for Enterprise COO – Digital Solutions
Experience in end-to-end management of platform lifecycle and service delivery
Ability to serve as single point of contact for platform matters with partners and vendors
Experience managing a team of platform/capability owners/managers and business analysts
Knowledge of Product Management Lifecycle activities, including defining target client segments, evaluating industry trends, and uncovering opportunities
Capability to execute product umbrella strategy as outlined by Lead Product Manager, Product Executive, and Head of Product Management
Experience performing product launches and post-launch assessments/recommendations
Responsibilities
Own and articulate the digital platform vision, strategy, and value proposition
Collaborate with Banking & Treasury Product Manager on industry and market research for product viability and competitive threats
Manage alignment of Banking & Treasury Business strategy (“the what”) to digital platform solutions (“the how”)
Ensure the platform delivers value by meeting business needs and stakeholder expectations
Direct the rollout of new journeys, services, and tools across global Treasury markets; manage change impacts and ensure operational readiness
Establish, manage, and monitor metrics and key performance indicators against service level agreements; provide periodic reporting
Lead the Service Excellence Program and drive integrated measurement and monitoring for successful adoption
Assess investment needs for the platform, review with Head of Digital Solutions, and follow capital and expense planning procedures
Influence decision makers and manage stakeholders to achieve platform objectives
Define platform roadmap, collaborate and prioritize execution with Technology within budget, and provide updates to stakeholders
Serve as main product point of contact for Digital platform capabilities across client service and consulting/sales teams; communicate new features and value propositions
Lead cross-functional agile teams to deliver ongoing enhancements, integration of new component tools/applications, and integration with external systems
Ensure cost-efficient, stable, and sustainable service operation through formal program governance
Drive alignment of the Treasury Passport platform to enterprise productivity initiatives to reduce duplicative capabilities and costs
Work with Technology and Operations to resolve platform service disruptions urgently and communicate updates/impacts to stakeholders
Lead, motivate, and cultivate the team to ensure platform reliability, performance, quality, and robustness
Embed new ways of working through coaching, training, and digital initiatives
