Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the daily cash forecasting process, including cash flow forecasting, cash management, and liquidity analysis
  • Improve and maintain the existing cash flow forecast model to ensure adequate liquidity for the business
  • Lead the continuous improvement of treasury processes, systems, and technologies
  • Track and report on credit line usage, letters of credit, and other banking transactions
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams on new financing transactions and bank administration
  • Manage wire transfers, bank account setups and maintenance, and banking portal administration
  • Collaborate with FP&A on mid-to-long-term cash forecast strategy and evaluate its impact on cash levels
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting on liquidity, borrowing activity, and covenant compliance
  • Assist in managing and maintaining the company's banking infrastructure, including bank relationships
  • Partner with FP&A, Accounting, and Supply Chain/Procurement teams to manage working capital levels and ensure adequate investment levels
