Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a Treasury role. They must demonstrate strong analytical abilities and proficiency in cash flow forecasting, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

The Treasury Manager will be responsible for cash reporting and short-term and long-term cash forecasting, management and servicing of outstanding debt and share repurchases, tracking of capital allocation strategies, including debt refinancing. They will also manage corporate banking relationships, oversee the Share Repurchase Program, handle FX transactions, develop relationships with bank groups, rating agencies, and bondholders, evaluate investment options, support annual insurance renewals, contribute to financial disclosures, execute internal controls for Sarbanes Oxley compliance, and perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
