Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, and a minimum of 2-8 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or accounting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, and experience with treasury management systems is considered a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and organizational abilities are also essential.
The Treasury Analyst will monitor daily cash positions and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs, execute wire transfers and ACH payments, manage and reconcile cash accounts and short-term investments, support month-end and quarter-end close processes related to treasury functions, analyze cash flow forecasts and provide variance explanations, assist in managing banking relationships and maintaining bank account documentation, prepare treasury reports and dashboards for senior leadership, evaluate and recommend improvements to treasury policies, processes, and systems, and ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the role involves supporting ad hoc treasury projects and financial analysis as needed.
