Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory regulations and country-specific guidelines as they relate to the areas of travel and expense management
  • Process and audit T&E transactions within Navan and NetSuite
  • Professionally respond to employee inquiries by using discretion and judgment, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Partner with internal clients to correct errors, identify root cause of deficiencies and recommend appropriate process changes to reduce defects in the process
  • Assist with the on-boarding and maintenance of corporate cards
  • Conduct regular training sessions with employees on reimbursement and credit card submission procedures
  • Administer and maintain T&E platform to optimize user experience and generate insightful financial reporting
  • Enforce compliance with Chainalysis’s Travel and Expense Policies (T&E), including employee reimbursement and company credit cards
  • Audit transactions submitted against the policies
  • Act as the liaison between Chainalysis and our commercial card issuer
  • Review procedures to identify process improvements, and propose ideas that will minimize defects and drive efficiencies
