Responsibilities

  • Monitor Logistics inbox for travel related inquiries and requests
  • Prioritize travel tasks and add confirmations and relevant updates on progress
  • Document all changes to travel bookings in SFDC
  • Manage and apply clinician reward number profiles for various booking vendors
  • Obtain manual receipts for direct bookings and upload to SFDC
  • R&D travel solutions depending on providers’ preferences and needs while aligning with client budgets
  • Document completed travel bookings in SFDC for downstream client billing
  • Monitor cancelled shifts for travelers to cancel any bookings before previous travel date
  • Rotate assigned weeks and weekends to cover after-hour travel emergencies
