Experience with data tracking and reporting using tools like Excel and Google Sheets is necessary, along with the ability to evaluate and improve content based on feedback loops. Candidates must also have experience coordinating training logistics, both virtual and in-person. Strong communication and presentation skills, analytical thinking for measuring training effectiveness, and excellent organizational skills for managing multiple projects and deadlines are essential. The ability to collaborate across departments and adapt to evolving training needs is also a key requirement.
The Training Operation Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging and scalable training materials, including e-learning modules, live sessions, and comprehensive guides. They will manage and track training assignments through the LMS, ensuring all employees complete required modules, and maintain LMS content while troubleshooting technical issues with IT.
