Requirements

  • Certificate IV Training and Assessment TAE40122 or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of the Australian Qualification Framework (AQF), training needs analysis and RTO compliance
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in employment support or vocational training or adult educational management within the construction, infrastructure or energy sectors
  • Ability to interpret and implement regulatory requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Problem-solving and time management

Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of Project Induction and onboarding programs
  • Facilitate scheduling, booking, and coordinating training for project personnel
  • Collate training evaluation feedback provided by personnel for both internal and external training
  • Provide advice and guidance during the project lifecycle regarding training scheduling, compliance, and system management
  • Support the development and contribute to the review of Project Specific Training documentation
  • Assist with scheduled training and compliance audits as required
  • Work with key stakeholders within Education providers and RTOs to identify, design, develop, and roll out apprenticeship and traineeship programs
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of the Training and Skills Management Plan (TSMP)
  • Ensure accurate and timely data collection and support monthly and quarterly Project compliance reporting
  • Review and validate workforce and training data to support monthly reporting, trends and case study development
