Responsibilities

  • Deliver day-to-day support for ION trading systems, ensuring platform stability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues affecting trading operations
  • Work closely with various teams to support seamless integration across systems
  • Monitor application state and input/output data correctness throughout the day
  • Hand-over with follow-the-sun support teams
  • Ensure that all application support logs are fit for purpose
