Requirements

Candidates should possess 3-5 years of finance experience, ideally in a fixed-income role or other related area. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with experience in trade operations, settlements, and reconciliations. Familiarity with corporate actions and prime broker relationships is also necessary.

Responsibilities

As a Fixed Income Operations Analyst, you will oversee fixed income pre and post-trade settlement operations, including trade exceptions, inquiries, allocations, fails resolution, and position transfers. You will project manage corporate actions, maintain and summarize an internal workboard, perform reconciliation of internal books, and collaborate with the Fund Accounting Team to ensure accurate record-keeping. Additionally, you will support projects such as broker onboardings and account setups, improve workflows through automation, and develop and improve policies and procedures. Finally, you will connect with service providers to identify efficiencies and support team cross-training initiatives.
