Responsibilities
Drive Sell-Through/Sell-Out Activities: Monitor product turnover at points of sale; Coordinate and implement promotions and activities to boost sell-through/sell-out; Organize special events, activities, and trade fairs with distributors (as approved by Cluster Manager); Execute account plans including combo offers, product displays, etc.; Conduct market intelligence activities (competitor mapping, brand launches, pricing, competitive updates); Prepare quarterly execution reports focused on sell-out (new displays, promotions, campaigns, etc.); Coordinate and implement training calendars for assigned retail chains; Evaluate profitability (P&L) and impact of events and promotional campaigns; Manage the purchase and administration of giveaways, displays, and POP materials; Oversee promotional vehicles and assets
Maintain Brand Visibility: Negotiate and secure additional premium shelf space for new and existing products (beyond what is agreed by the KAC); Coordinate display installation programs across all distribution channels; Design and manage in-store gondolas
Ensure Effective Communication at Points of Sale: Validate warranty information, product specifications, usage guides, and product selection guidance
Lead the Promoter Team: Communicate priorities, define and monitor route compliance, supply giveaways, POP materials, and displays, and track KPIs (approved by Cluster Manager); Oversee agency management (punctual payments, uniform control, mobile phones, travel expenses)
Ensure Brand Standards: Enhance packaging and other brand aspects; Ensure products present well, adding value to the brand and point of sale
Optimize Product Logistics: Improve logistics to ensure timely and accurate product deliveries (especially for online sales); Enhance product turnover at points of sale
