Requirements

Demonstratable hands-on experience supporting electronic trading technologies/FIX certifications
Experience supporting applications in a Linux environment
Demonstrable skills with Bash scripting & SQL querying
Experience using REST APIs
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in managing large scale deployments/environments
Strong ownership experience and a track record of delivering results
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Responsibilities

Coordinate with internal and external business and technology teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for all Portfolio managers
Implement, validate, configure and certify FIX connections
Configure UAT environments
Support order routing and trade reporting
Identify opportunities to improve current processes and deliver better service to the business
Collaborate with software development teams to ensure successful deployment of new code into production
Automate processes and workflows
Build tools for the environment
Provide follow the sun support and monitoring of the UAT trading environment
