Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field, along with at least three years of experience in stock plan administration or a related role. They must have a strong understanding of equity compensation plans and relevant regulatory requirements, demonstrating excellent organizational and communication skills.
The Token Plan Administrator will manage the day-to-day operations of token option plans, Restricted Token Awards (RTAs), and Restricted Token Units (RTUs), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and preparing financial reports. They will oversee the granting and tracking of token awards, serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding token compensation, and collaborate with various departments to integrate token programs. Additionally, the administrator will analyze equity compensation data, support process improvement, and take on additional tasks and projects as needed within the startup environment.
