The Engineering Manager will architect and build next-generation system protections, contributing through hands-on design, model training, and deployment strategies. They will lead and manage a small, senior team of Machine Learning Engineers, empowering them with clear direction and autonomy. The role involves collaborating closely with Research, Safety, Product, and Policy teams to leverage existing tools and drive advancements. Additionally, they will establish robust evaluation frameworks and metrics to measure progress and identify areas for improvement, while supporting team members' professional growth through mentorship.
