Requirements

Computer hardware and software proficiency, including Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook and Excel), Windows operating systems
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft software including Outlook and Excel
Salesforce experience
IN BMV and audit knowledge preferred
Ability to work with little supervision, be productive, prioritize, and manage time
Excellent customer service skills with effective written communication and effective listening skills
Ability to interact with both internal and external customers, resolving issues and maintaining relationships
Effective problem-solving skills
Ability to lift and move bundles of paperwork and other DMV related items (~15 lbs)
Ability to pass Indiana background check (fingerprint)

Responsibilities

Provide support and guidance to CVR accounts in Indiana and Illinois using Indiana BMV terminals
Manage the transaction process
Communicate directly with clients
Administer billing procedures
Utilize BMV and audit knowledge to provide a high level of support for accounts to drive revenue and retention objectives
Clearly and tactfully communicate to clients and employees
Display a professional, positive, and ethical attitude when dealing with clients, associates, and management
Achieve Service Level Agreements timelines
Maintain accuracy, productivity, and attention to detail
Maintain an organized workspace and process flow
