Requirements

  • Computer hardware and software proficiency, including Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook and Excel), Windows operating systems
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft software including Outlook and Excel
  • Salesforce experience
  • IN BMV and audit knowledge preferred
  • Ability to work with little supervision, be productive, prioritize, and manage time
  • Excellent customer service skills with effective written communication and effective listening skills
  • Ability to interact with both internal and external customers, resolving issues and maintaining relationships
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift and move bundles of paperwork and other DMV related items (~15 lbs)

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and guidance to CVR accounts in Indiana and Illinois using Indiana BMV terminals
  • Manage the transaction process
  • Communicate directly with clients
  • Administer billing procedures
  • Utilize BMV and audit knowledge to provide a high level of support for accounts to drive revenue and retention objectives
  • Clearly and tactfully communicate to clients and employees
  • Display a professional, positive, and ethical attitude when dealing with clients, associates, and management
  • Achieve Service Level Agreements timelines
  • Maintain accuracy, productivity, and attention to detail
  • Maintain an organized workspace and process flow
