Responsibilities

Assisting members in the selection and purchase of tires
Properly installing and repairing tires, including mounting, dismounting, rotating, and balancing tires
Completing necessary tire bay documentation
Maintaining tire bay policies and procedures
Properly disposing of tires and ensuring propane tanks are filled per club policy
Maintaining a clean and professional tire bay and waiting area
Merchandising tire displays and automotive products
Providing knowledgeable service to members at the tire desk
Coordinating with Home Office regarding member tire needs as needed
Maintaining an accurate and complete supply inventory
Utilizing available special-order tire programs
Carrying out job functions and responsibilities as assigned
Supporting the application of club policies, procedures, and compliance
Delivering service excellence through all points of contact
Resolving and deescalating member concerns
Delivering GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate)
Working as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily (Grand opening look, items stocked, promotional plans executed, visible accurate signage, clean and organized)
