Requirements
- Ability to assist members in tire selection and purchase, including verifying vehicle tire sizes
- Knowledge of tire installation processes (mounting, dismounting, rotating, balancing)
- Ability to maintain accurate supply inventory and utilize special-order tire programs
- Compliance with safety, cleanliness standards, and proper use of tire bay equipment
- Certification per DOT requirements for filling propane tanks (if needed)
- Understanding of tire bay scheduling, documentation, sales, and service orders
- Ability to maintain club policies and procedures
Responsibilities
- Properly install tires, including mounting, dismounting, rotating, and balancing
- Dispose of tires properly and fill propane tanks per club policy (if certified)
- Maintain a clean and professional tire bay and waiting area; merchandise tire displays and automotive products
- Provide knowledgeable service to members at the tire desk and coordinate with Home Office as needed
- Assist members in tire selection and purchase
- Ensure all tire bay scheduling data and documentation is completed accurately
- Comply with all safety and cleanliness standards and utilize tire bay equipment properly
- Perform other duties as assigned
