Ability to assist members in tire selection and purchase, including verifying vehicle sizes
Knowledge of tire installation processes (mounting, dismounting, rotating, balancing)
Ability to maintain accurate supply inventory and utilize special-order tire programs
Compliance with safety and cleanliness standards and proper use of tire bay equipment
Certification per DOT requirements for filling propane tanks (if needed)
Understanding of tire bay scheduling, documentation, and sales/service orders
Ability to maintain club policies, procedures, and GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate)

Properly install tires, including mounting, dismounting, rotating, and balancing
Dispose of tires properly and fill propane tanks per club policy (if certified)
Maintain a clean and professional tire bay and waiting area; merchandise tire displays and automotive products
Provide knowledgeable service to members at the tire desk and coordinate with Home Office as needed
Assist members in tire selection and purchase
Ensure all tire bay scheduling data and documentation is completed accurately
Comply with all safety, cleanliness, and club policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
