Requirements
- Ability to assist members in the selection and purchase of tires, including verifying sizes for vehicles
- Knowledge of proper tire installation techniques, including mounting, dismounting, rotating, and balancing tires
- Ability to properly dispose of tires and fill propane tanks per club policy (DOT certification required for propane filling)
- Understanding of tire bay equipment usage and compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
- Ability to maintain accurate supply inventory and utilize special-order tire programs
- Capability to complete tire bay scheduling data and documentation for sales and service orders
- Commitment to club policies, procedures, and GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate)
- Team-oriented mindset with speed, agility, honesty, integrity, and a positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Assist members in selecting and purchasing tires, verifying vehicle sizes
- Properly install tires, including mounting, dismounting, rotating, and balancing
- Dispose of tires correctly and fill propane tanks if certified per DOT requirements
- Maintain a clean and professional tire bay and waiting area; merchandise tire displays and automotive products
- Provide knowledgeable service to members at the tire desk and coordinate with Home Office as needed
- Maintain accurate and complete supply inventory
- Ensure all tire bay scheduling data and documentation is completed for sales and service orders
- Comply with all safety, cleanliness standards, and club policies and procedures
- Perform other job functions as assigned
