Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests; educate associates and mentor new technicians; develop interpersonal skills for safe and efficient customer service
  • Demonstrate expertise in safety protocols, industry guidelines, service standards, equipment, TPMS, product specs, and seasonality; apply POS systems and selling techniques
  • Use digital tools to plan and drive sales, improve service experience, and elevate associate engagement; adapt to new tools and encourage team adoption
  • Communicate equipment, tools, and supplies needs to TBC Lead; track and monitor returns and special orders; operate cash registers and process transactions
  • Work hands-on in the physical area; maintain accurate inventory, audit, safety, and compliance standards; report complaints, safety hazards, and problems
  • Complete paperwork, logs, and documentation; ensure merchandise is packaged, labeled, and stored per policies
  • Identify member needs; assist with purchasing decisions; resolve issues and concerns
  • Act as a brand advocate by valuing member experience; model high-quality service and products; develop, influence, and inspire team members in a respectful, supportive manner
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics by implementing action plans and using Open Door Policy
  • Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, and partners; identify priorities and deadlines; communicate progress; adapt to change and feedback
