Responsibilities

Perform all aspects of tile demo and installation in residential homes
Measure, cut, and install tile according to blueprints and drawings
Prepare surfaces and address leveling issues to ensure a flawless finish
Oversee and guide less experienced team members to maintain quality standards
Coordinate with subcontractors to meet project requirements
Maintain a clean and professional job site
Drive to various job sites with tools and materials
Complete other duties as assigned
