Requirements
- 3+ years of practical experience in risk management, audit, compliance, or other relevant fields, preferably within the financial services industry
- Experience supporting or contributing to Transformation or Change projects in a corporate environment
- Demonstrated experience in preparing and collating data for project status reporting or risk/governance committees
- Hands-on experience working with TPRM, GRC, or project management software tools
- Foundational understanding of third-party risk management principles and frameworks
- Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with the flexibility to align working hours to the UK time zone to support global operations
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day tracking of the end-to-end assessment lifecycle, focusing on data accuracy and timely completion of each stage of the process
- Proactively identify and immediately escalate risks, issues, and process bottlenecks to the Team Lead/Manager to prevent delays in the assessment pipeline
- Accurately track performance against internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs), reporting any instances of non-compliance for root-cause analysis
- Maintain an accurate record of all open remediation actions and follow up with owners to ensure timely progress toward closure
- Prepare high-quality data inputs for status reports, key metrics, and programme dashboards, supporting the Senior Associate in developing executive reporting packs
- Act as a reliable point of contact for routine coordination between the TPRM assessment team and internal global risk teams
- Utilise and maintain proficiency in the TPRM assessment platforms, GRC tools, and sanctions screening tools to ensure data integrity and compliance throughout the process
- Actively contribute to identifying simple process improvements and efficiencies within daily PMO workflows
- Maintain awareness of relevant global regulations (EBA Outsourcing Guidelines, DORA, FCA, etc.) and industry best practices
