It's full-time at 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday with no weekends or holidays. The position supports PHP/IOP and outpatient locations, floating between programs as needed.
The role requires utilizing empirically supported techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or family therapy.
The therapist works in an acute care setting including inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient services, creating a safe and supportive environment while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
Strong candidates should have licensure (in-training or fully licensed), experience conducting individual, group, and family therapy, comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams using evidence-based techniques.
