Therapist - CWC at Abarca Health

Full-time rates start at $55,000, with fee-for-service rates starting at $40 per hour. Additional incentives include a $500 sign-on bonus for full-time staff, ability to earn ongoing bonuses, and a $1.50 per hour bilingual-Spanish differential.

Telehealth is open across the State of NJ, with telehealth, hybrid, and on-site options available in Cape May and Gloucester Counties. Hybrid and work from home options are also provided.

A valid NJ license (LAC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, LaMFT, LMFT) is required, along with strong clinical skills, a valid driver's license with an insured vehicle and acceptable driving record, and willingness to learn and implement evidence-based protocols and concurrent documentation.
