Requirements

3+ years in a customer-facing role, ideally in healthcare credentialing, enrollment, onboarding, or customer success
Two-year college degree or equivalent professional certifications, technical training, or apprenticeship experience
Strong working knowledge of healthcare credentialing processes, payer enrollment, and state-specific requirements (allied health therapy experience is a plus)
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage complex, multi-step compliance workflows
Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment
High proficiency with technology platforms; able to learn new systems quickly
Customer oriented communication skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to managing volume, anticipating issues, and improving processes

Follows established credentialing procedures but exercises judgment when exceptions or escalations arise
Handles semi-routine work that occasionally requires deviation from standard practice

Responsibilities

Serve as the main partner for therapists throughout the credentialing and activation journey
Guide therapists through each credentialing and enrollment step, explaining region- and state-specific requirements clearly
Act as the primary contact from agreement signing through activation, ensuring therapists understand timelines, next steps, and compliance requirements
Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to payer/state regulations
Leverage credentialing platforms, the Luna therapist app, and internal systems to track progress and keep workflows moving efficiently
Coordinate with Credentialing, Therapist Acquisition, Therapist Success, and Operations to remove blockers and accelerate therapist readiness
Maintain precise, audit-ready records that meet internal policy and regulatory standards
Identify opportunities to streamline credentialing workflows and enhance speed-to-activation
Support junior associates by sharing expertise, troubleshooting escalations, and modeling high quality service
