Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main partner for therapists throughout the credentialing and activation journey
  • Guide therapists through each credentialing and enrollment step, explaining region- and state-specific requirements clearly
  • Act as the primary contact from agreement signing through activation, ensuring therapists understand timelines, next steps, and compliance requirements
  • Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to payer/state regulations
  • Leverage credentialing platforms, the Luna therapist app, and internal systems to track progress and keep workflows moving efficiently
  • Coordinate with Credentialing, Therapist Acquisition, Therapist Success, and Operations to remove blockers and accelerate therapist readiness
  • Maintain precise, audit-ready records that meet internal policy and regulatory standards
  • Identify opportunities to streamline credentialing workflows and enhance speed-to-activation
  • Support junior associates by sharing expertise, troubleshooting escalations, and modeling high quality service
