Requirements

Must be independently licensed as an LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW in California, with the ability to practice without supervision. Experience working with children is preferred but not required. Candidates must be informed on state telehealth policies, comfortable with technology for virtual sessions, and possess the capability to build therapeutic relationships on a virtual platform. A polished, professional virtual presence, strong ability to identify appropriate levels of care, and experience with various conditions and disorders are necessary. Proficiency in using technology for administrative and clinical support, a secure and private remote work location, a smartphone, laptop, internet connection, and the ability to pass a background check are also required. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide telehealth sessions to clients in California, meeting productivity standards of at least 15 hours of direct counseling care per week. Engage in collaborative note-taking during sessions, develop treatment plans, and complete other required documentation. Participate in treatment team meetings as applicable and attend weekly synchronous health team meetings. Advocate for participants' clinical needs and liaise with Customer Success activities. Bring successful models and techniques from previous experiences to support participants and support the development of materials for communication, outreach, and marketing. Serve as the first point of contact for participant escalations and report to the Operations Manager for unresolved concerns. Stay updated on new developments in clinical care, including analog and digital techniques, and perform other assigned duties.
