JLPT N1 or N2 (mandatory)
Graduation in any subject (mandatory)
MBA from Tier 1 or 2 business school (preferred)
5-9 years of total work experience
Proficiency in SAP as a functional consultant in any module (e.g., S/4HANA FI/CO/PP/SD/MM/PM)
Business level proficiency in Japanese and English (reading and speaking)
Vertex tax engine experience (preferred, especially for FI)

Responsibilities

Drive design workshops with clients for requirement gathering, solution design, and gap analysis in S/4HANA areas (FI/CO/PP/SD/MM/PM)
Independently handle or lead teams for design workshops, configuration, testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, and post go-live support
Demonstrate unique S/4HANA capabilities and derive value in design, development, and implementation of business processes
Support business assessment and roadmaps for clients, providing advisory on S/4HANA transformations
Assist with end-to-end RFP solutions and proposal generation
Serve as SAP Finance functional consultant with Vertex tax engine experience
Engage with clients using bilingual skills to bridge language/cultural barriers, understand requirements, define solutions, articulate benefits, and develop roadmaps
Develop innovative solution designs leveraging service offerings
Support business development, solution planning, and delivery approach for SAP transformations
Perform FIT-GAP analysis and analyze current business processes for improvements
Advise clients on SAP processes based on industry best practices
Provide training and support to end-user teams on best practices
Ensure all client activities are documented and tracked
Identify, escalate, track, and resolve issues using problem-solving skills
Deliver effective presentations and communications
