Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or a related field
1+ year of experience in backend development using Java with Spring/Spring Boot and Microservices (fresh graduates with strong portfolios or internship experience welcome)
Strong understanding of software development principles and teamwork in an Agile environment
Good command of English (written and spoken) — or at least able to communicate ideas clearly
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about staying current with new technologies
Willingness to work onsite in Bangkok (may be flexible sometimes)

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement high-quality, scalable, and maintainable backend systems using Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver robust, secure, and efficient solutions
Integrate APIs and services with modern platforms to enhance performance and scalability
Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing applications to ensure reliability and efficiency
Contribute to defining best practices, coding standards, and modern development methodologies
Explore new technologies and tools to continuously improve backend performance and maintainability
