Minimum of an Associate's degree OR completion of a Diploma in a discipline related to Electronics, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Science
Minimum one (1) year of related experience
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered

Responsibilities

Develop and execute manufacturing solutions and provide high-quality, cost-appropriate services that satisfy customer requirements while establishing a technical specialty in-discipline
Apply process improvement or troubleshooting as it applies to the role
Utilize appropriate tools to perform necessary work, including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes, or production as it applies to the role
Demonstrate an intermediate, discipline-specific understanding of support for full Plexus manufacturing processes, product requirements and specifications, and cross-discipline or supplier coordination as it applies to the role
Successfully execute responsibilities independently in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus' manufacturing processes
Provide support to direct production line operators as it applies to the role
Maintain comprehensive understanding of equipment, process control, safety, risk awareness, setup awareness, and operation as it applies to the role
Ensure the quality and reliability of Plexus products by operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining test equipment
Engage in collaborative problem-solving and continuous learning to maintain efficient testing processes, identify and resolve product defects, and contribute to exceeding customer expectations
