Requirements

  • Minimum of an Associate's degree OR completion of a Diploma in a discipline related to Electronics, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Science
  • Minimum one (1) year of related experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute manufacturing solutions and provide high-quality, cost-appropriate services that satisfy customer requirements while establishing a technical specialty in-discipline
  • Apply process improvement or troubleshooting as it applies to the role
  • Utilize appropriate tools to perform necessary work, including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes, or production as it applies to the role
  • Demonstrate an intermediate, discipline-specific understanding of support for full Plexus manufacturing processes, product requirements and specifications, and cross-discipline or supplier coordination as it applies to the role
  • Successfully execute responsibilities independently in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus' manufacturing processes
  • Provide support to direct production line operators as it applies to the role
  • Maintain comprehensive understanding of equipment, process control, safety, risk awareness, setup awareness, and operation as it applies to the role
  • Ensure the quality and reliability of Plexus products by operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining test equipment
  • Engage in collaborative problem-solving and continuous learning to maintain efficient testing processes, identify and resolve product defects, and contribute to exceeding customer expectations
