Responsibilities

Continuously improve test performance and equipment
Troubleshoot complex issues
Support equipment installation and changes
Provide technical guidance
Implement and validate testing equipment
Identify best practices globally
Develop innovative, high-quality, cost-appropriate Manufacturing solutions/services that satisfy stakeholder needs through technical expertise and mentorship
Demonstrate effective communications (teleconference, email, in-person) with internal/external customers on project technical matters
Demonstrate expertise in the full Plexus Manufacturing process on small to mid-size projects
Work independently across multiple phases/processes of the Manufacturing Process without direction
Ensure accurate technical project documentation and up-to-date regional/site documentation per quality, industrial standards, and change management procedures
