Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of Industry experience
Hands-on experience with ATE platforms (e.g., Advantest, Teradyne, LTX, etc.)
Experience in SLT, functional testing, and debug at the system level
Proficiency in programming test scripts (Python, C/C++, or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of semiconductor testing methodologies, test coverage, and data analysis
Familiarity with JTAG, boundary scan, and communication protocols (I2C, SPI, PCIe, etc.)
Experience in failure analysis, yield improvement, and test optimization
Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Develop, debug, and optimize ATE and SLT test programs for production and validation
Work closely with design, product, and validation teams to define and implement test requirements
Analyze test data to improve yield, performance, and reliability
Develop and maintain test patterns and test methodologies for different device types
Support JTAG, boundary scan, and other digital/analog test interfaces
Collaborate with hardware and firmware teams to ensure test coverage and debug failures
Automate data collection, analysis, and reporting to enhance efficiency
Provide failure analysis and debug support for both production and engineering samples
Support new product introduction (NPI) and drive continuous improvement in test coverage and efficiency
If applicable, develop and execute optics-based testing methodologies for integrated photonics or optical components
