Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium
Proficiency in Selenium Testing
Experience in API testing
Experience in Automation work on frameworks like Cucumber or Selenium
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Testing/CRM Functional experience
Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies
Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices
Familiarity with performance testing tools and techniques
15 years full-time education
Preferred: Dynamics experience
Preferred: UI Automation testing

Responsibilities

Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function using quality processes, tools, and methodologies
Evolve predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products/solutions
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively
Be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams
Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in testing methodologies
Continuously assess and improve testing processes for efficiency and effectiveness
Write test cases and automated tests
Ensure data consistency and validation across integrated systems
Perform functional and regression testing for Dynamics 365 via custom UI
Execute test cases and automated tests
Analyze and interpret test results to provide actionable insights
