Position primarily for current team members at this Tyson facility (transfers from other facilities via local HR Partner)
Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation (e.g., climb stairs while carrying ingredients)
Basic math skills (adding and subtracting) to track pounds of ingredients

Responsibilities

Operate the bagger machine: set up program, calibrate, and adjust parameters for desired bag size and weights
Perform regular checks on filled/sealed bags to ensure proper machine performance and adjust machine to meet specifications
Ensure continuous flow of product through the production process and proper ingredients/supplies on the line
Mix marination: ensure proper ingredients and quantities for formulas, maintain proper temperature per specifications
Fill out Quality Assurance verifications and use handheld scanning devices to manage inventory of ingredients
Notify supervisor if machinery requires maintenance
Maintain safe work environment and adhere to Tyson policies and procedures
