Requirements

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field, with graduation completed in 2024–2025
Willing to be based in Shenzhen for the first 6 months for onboarding and training
Strong foundation in cloud computing, including compute, networking, storage, containers, and databases; understanding of IaaS architecture is key
Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or DeepSpeed is a plus
Excellent ability to write technical documents and clearly visualize and communicate solution architectures
Fluent in English and Thai, with proficiency in Chinese considered a strong advantage for internal communication

Responsibilities

Assist in designing and delivering cloud infrastructure solutions (IaaS/PaaS) to enterprise clients across the Thailand market
Support technical requirement gathering, documentation, solution design, and project delivery under the guidance of senior architects
Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, product, and sales to ensure successful deployment and customer satisfaction
Create and maintain technical documents such as solution designs, architecture diagrams, and technical proposals
Conduct industry research and help analyze client pain points and emerging trends to provide feedback that supports product development and refinement
