Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field, with graduation completed in 2024–2025
  • Willing to be based in Shenzhen for the first 6 months for onboarding and training
  • Strong foundation in cloud computing, including compute, networking, storage, containers, and databases; understanding of IaaS architecture is key
  • Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or DeepSpeed is a plus
  • Excellent ability to write technical documents and clearly visualize and communicate solution architectures
  • Fluent in English and Thai, with proficiency in Chinese considered a strong advantage for internal communication

Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and delivering cloud infrastructure solutions (IaaS/PaaS) to enterprise clients across the Thailand market
  • Support technical requirement gathering, documentation, solution design, and project delivery under the guidance of senior architects
  • Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, product, and sales to ensure successful deployment and customer satisfaction
  • Create and maintain technical documents such as solution designs, architecture diagrams, and technical proposals
  • Conduct industry research and help analyze client pain points and emerging trends to provide feedback that supports product development and refinement
