Requirements

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, with graduation completed in 2024–2025
Comfortable to be based in Shenzhen for the first 6 months for onboarding training and project immersion
Solid foundation in cloud computing, including compute, storage, networking, containers, and databases; strong understanding of IaaS architecture is essential
Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or DeepSpeed is a plus
Excellent technical writing and visual communication skills for presenting solutions
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; Chinese proficiency is a strong plus for collaboration with internal teams

Responsibilities

Assist in designing and delivering cloud infrastructure solutions for clients across the Indonesia market, focusing on Tencent Cloud’s IaaS and computing offerings
Participate in requirement gathering, proposal drafting, solution architecture, and technical deep-dives under the guidance of senior architects
Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams to support the deployment and implementation of public cloud and hybrid cloud projects
Draft and maintain solution architecture documentation, client-facing technical guides, and deployment playbooks
Conduct competitive analysis and industry research to support product and go-to-market strategy
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practice building for cloud adoption across industries
