Requirements
- Ability to follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at each workstation
- Capability to oversee safe and secure operation of the Remote Dispensing Pharmacy, including serving as keyholder and managing alarm/safe codes
- Knowledge of pharmacy workflow procedures for production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off
- Skills in controlled substance prescription fulfillment, including counting, imaging, inventory maintenance, and CII handling
- Flexibility for scheduling and business needs
- Receptiveness to feedback, growth mindset, and willingness to expand clinical and technical knowledge
- Ability to contribute to a safe, inclusive, and engaging team dynamic
Responsibilities
- Manage all daily pharmacy operations under Pharmacist oversight from a Supervising Pharmacy
- Live company purpose by following SOPs to support Pharmacists and improve patient health
- Protect integrity of all pharmacy products, with special attention to refrigerated products and controlled substances
- Follow workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment at all workstations
- Complete all tasks for controlled substance prescription fulfillment
- Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy, creating personalized moments, offering services like immunizations, and solving/escalating issues at pick-up, drive-thru, register, and over the phone
- Perform inventory activities as permitted by law and directed, including putting away deliveries, cycle counts, returns-to-stock, and waiting bin inventories
- Demonstrate genuine care in all customer and colleague interactions to foster a safe and inclusive culture
