Requirements

  • Fully licensed therapist (eligible for $4,000 new employee retention bonus if new to Rogers within past 6 months)
  • Reside in a state where Rogers operates: WI, MN, IL, PA, TN, FL, GA, CO, CA, WA
  • Ability to work full-time schedule: 9:00am to 5:30pm or 10:30am to 7:00pm EST
  • Comfortable working in a 100% virtual/remote telehealth setting

Responsibilities

  • Provide social services and therapeutic treatment to patients and families/significant others virtually (individual, group, family sessions)
  • Provide crisis intervention, daily safety assessments, and suicide risk assessments
  • Participate in psychoeducational support sessions
  • Provide case management, therapeutic interventions, and serve as patient advocate for grievances
  • Manage patient/family expectations, initiate/maintain contact with referring providers, schools, and care teams
  • Implement patient-specific SMART goals and interventions per Care Plan
  • Document progress, treatment status, admissions (including Social Services Admission Assessment, safety plans), ongoing treatment, group sessions, contacts, multidisciplinary meetings, and discharge summaries
  • Obtain consents for record releases, coordinate with referents and providers
  • Troubleshoot technology issues during sessions
  • Adhere to clinical materials, policies, and program guidelines for effectiveness and consistency
  • Report and document suspected cases of physical abuse
