  • Reside in one of the 50 U.S. states (not territories like Puerto Rico)
  • Available to offer at least 5 sessions per week, with flexibility to increase as needed
  • Night and weekend flexibility preferred
  • Clinical competence in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness) and measurement-based care
  • Knowledge, ability, and commitment to providing culturally responsive care
  • Ability and willingness to deliver concurrent documentation (notes included in session rate)
  • Willingness and confidence to integrate cutting-edge technology into care
  • Tech-savviness with familiarity in care delivery technology (applications, tools, Google web-apps, video conferencing, EMR, etc.)
  • Safe, secure location with reliable internet for Zoom-based psychotherapy
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
  • 3+ years experience providing clinical psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families
  • Experience with risk management and higher acuity cases

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, innovative tele-therapy to Headspace patients via HIPAA-compliant video platform
  • Complete, sign, and lock clinical case notes in EMR within 48 hours of session (included in session rate)
  • Maintain personalized database with proof of licensure, updates, expiration dates, and personal information
  • Keep availability calendar up to date
  • Stay in regular communication with clinical leadership, checking emails timely and responding within 24 hours
  • Work collaboratively with care team including health coaches, therapists, psychiatrists, and external providers
