Requirements

  • Intermediate technical English with conversational skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical maintenance and installation support, with full problem-solving capabilities for complex, multi-symptom issues on medical imaging machines (X-ray, Mammography, Surgical Arc, Hemodynamics, Bone Densitometry, Computed Tomography)
  • Daily interface with doctors and technicians regarding equipment status
  • Act to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist in sales account visits
  • Help train other people when necessary
  • Identify sales opportunities and communicate with the account team
  • Ensure completion of service order reports
  • Maintain effective quality systems and programs in accordance with GE Service Quality Policies and EHS
  • Administrative rigor of activities performed at clients
