Requirements

Técnico or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably electrical)
Intermediate technical English with conversational skills
Availability for travel
Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in maintenance of hospital equipment - Imaging

Responsibilities

Provide technical maintenance and installation support, with full problem-solving capabilities for complex, multi-symptom issues on medical imaging machines (X-ray, Mammography, Surgical Arc, Hemodynamics, Bone Densitometry, Computed Tomography)
Daily interface with doctors and technicians regarding equipment status
Act to ensure customer satisfaction
Assist in sales account visits
Help train other people when necessary
Identify sales opportunities and communicate with the account team
Ensure completion of service order reports
Maintain effective quality systems and programs in accordance with GE Service Quality Policies and EHS
Administrative rigor of activities performed at clients
