1+ years of experience driving
Experience in receipts and shipping area or similar
Valid private driver's license
Passport/Visa B1 Tourist
Proficiency in computer packages
High school diploma or technical career preferably, or acceptable professional trajectory
Safe use of equipment

Responsibilities

Track entry and exit of materials brought from local plants
Receive materials from requesters to be transported to local plants
Generate transfer notices and prepare necessary documentation for material exit
Assist in coordinating interplant routes (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) for material delivery/collection
Monitor and follow up with interplant route driver via calls and/or WhatsApp
Receive transport units from local plants
Physically verify received materials against documentation from plants
Create interplant shipping and receipt manifest (folder)
Keep allocation records of interplant services up to date
Control area files, well-identified and maintaining records
Support administration and control of department's dead files (registration, storage, and purging)
Manage control and filing of shipping notices and 19-point formats
Support personnel transport service from ACS and RBE plants in Cd. Juarez
Support export process when required (generate export manifest, packing and packaging of materials, generate air waybills, export unit exit)
Review forklift parameters (water and levels) and report defects
Keep forklift usage logbook up to date
Follow procedures and formats applicable to position per EOS
Perform 19-point vehicle inspections for ramp entry correctly
Daily register export service allocations
Attend to requesters and suppliers at the window
Zero non-conformities in internal/external audits; follow up and generate corrective actions within 15 days if any occur
Work in team to achieve department goals and objectives
Keep workspace clean and orderly
Care for and maintain tools in optimal condition; be responsible for provided work tools
Provide 2 improvement proposals in Safety and Health per year
Comply with CTPAT/OEA program protocols and requirements
Provide installation or implementation services for building needs
Any other job-related activity or required by immediate supervisor
