Responsibilities

Acompanhar a fermentação, extração e purificação da enzima TAQ
Produzir as formulações complementares à enzima para composição dos produtos finais
Envasar e embalar os produtos finais derivados da enzima TAQ
Produzir e embalar oligonucleotídeos
Programar compras de reagentes e materiais auxiliares juntamente com o superior imediato
Cumprir o cronograma de entrega dos produtos finais estabelecido pelo superior imediato
Limpar e testar equipamentos envolvidos nos processos produtivos
Manter o laboratório organizado
Receber, inspecionar e armazenar reagentes e materiais auxiliares
Realizar o descarte de resíduos
Elaborar e revisar procedimentos, quando necessário
Realizar o gerenciamento de Ordens de Produção através de planilhas Excel
Abrir, processar e encerrar ordens de produção no sistema
Realizar inventário do estoque de matérias-primas
Realizar outras atividades relacionadas à produção na área de biotecnologia
