Responsibilities

  • Execute customer satisfaction processes through customer complaint response procedures, adhering to customer-specific requirements, utilizing 8D, DPS, DPRTS, Customer Portal, control plan execution, and PFMEA updates
  • Ensure customer satisfaction process
  • Ensure customer KPI performance
  • Ensure customer complaint response on customer portals for all WFCC and CSE reports
  • Ensure customer-specific requirements and communication to plant
  • Participate in any other tasks related to the position
  • Ensure flow 5/Mass production customer satisfaction process
  • Implement Quality Alerts and ICA (Interim Containment Action)
  • Analyze part returns due to warranty issues
  • Prepare customer presentations regarding quality issues
  • Ensure temporary measures are eliminated once process performance and stabilization return to expected levels
  • Monitor customer KPI performance, analyze data over weekly, monthly, and annual periods
  • Apply continuous improvement processes to upgrade customer KPIs and identify relevant activities
  • Perform corrective action processes for customer KPIs below target
  • Maintain a lessons learned database to capitalize on learnings
  • Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team for problem-solving
  • Control of all inventory available at the pipe line
  • Provide first answer within 24 hours
  • Ensure root cause analysis process completion
  • Ensure the implementation of irreversible corrective actions
  • Provide final answer with root cause identified and action plan defined within 14 days
  • Submit corrective action related to customer complaints (WFCC, Unformal, WIRS) on customer portals
  • Control of sorting services related to customer complaints
  • Coordinate RMA
  • Implement containment immediately
  • Ensure quality checks and rework are well-defined, managed, and data collected for effectiveness verification
