Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience in occupational risk prevention (PRL), including risk assessment and evaluation
  • Ability to conduct specific studies (ergonomic, hygienic, psychosocial)
  • Familiarity with safety and health plans, preventive planning, and efficacy evaluation
  • Experience in audits (internal and external), work inspections, and accident investigations
  • Competence in managing EPIs (personal protective equipment), medical recognitions, and adaptations for job positions
  • Skills in operational controls, such as work permits for high-risk tasks (heights, confined spaces, electrical risks), equipment authorizations, and inspections
  • Ability to participate in safety and health committees, including meetings, convocations, and minute-taking
  • Proficiency in documentation management on platforms and reporting (SVG, visits, etc.)
  • Training delivery capabilities (initial, specific PRL formations like confined spaces, heights, electrical risks)
  • Availability for site visits, operational line management, and coordination with providers for equipment revisions

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate risks and develop safety and health plans
  • Conduct specific studies (ergonomic, hygienic, psychosocial)
  • Complete safety aspects in technical department work instructions
  • Elaborate and follow up on preventive planning, evaluating its efficacy
  • Perform specific PRL visits and follow-ups in assigned centers
  • Realize SVG (work center safety visits) and other reports from center visits
  • Conduct internal and external audits
  • Assist in labor inspections
  • Complete online investigations and specific investigations
  • Participate in safety and health committees: attend meetings as advisor, convene meetings, draft minutes
  • Upload documentation to work center platforms and send requested PRL documentation to group platforms
  • Participate in CAE meetings
  • Develop job profesiograms for position adaptations
  • Provide initial training on job risks and specific information on job risks
  • Deliver specific PRL trainings (internal/external: confined spaces, heights, electrical risks)
  • Offer medical recognitions, manage appointments, and handle apt/non-apt statuses with limitations
  • Provide EPIs and delivery receipts
  • Participate in risk evaluations for tasks in centers and preventive planning measures
  • Operational line control: issue work permits for special high-risk works (heights, confined spaces, etc.)
  • Operational line control: create operational checklists
  • Operational line control: deliver EPIs
  • Operational line control: authorize use of work equipment (machinery)
