Responsibilities
- Coordinar la operativa diaria de transporte, resolviendo incidencias y asegurando que todo funcione sin contratiempos
- Ser el punto de referencia para los conductores, transmitiendo de forma clara la información sobre rutas y cambios diarios
- Velar por la calidad del servicio, supervisando el estado de los vehículos y gestionando incidencias como retrasos o averías
- Asegurar que las rutas y horarios se cumplan de manera eficiente y puntual
- Participar en la gestión de distintos servicios: regulares, discrecionales, escolares, de grupos y especiales
- Construir una relación cercana con el personal de conducción, impulsando la motivación y un ambiente de trabajo positivo
