Requirements

Candidates must have at least 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience, preferably as a lead consultant, with proven field consulting experience in ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or FSM, emphasizing ITSM and at least two other solutions. A strong understanding of ITIL and service management processes, experience with authentication methods like SSO and SAML, and integration experience with third-party solutions are required. Familiarity with industry-specific workflows in retail, telecom, and logistics is also necessary. Preferred qualifications include strong interpersonal skills, the ability to adapt solutions to industry standards, CSA and CAD certifications (ideally with CIS), and ITIL, TOGAF, or Agile certifications.

Responsibilities

The Senior Technical Consultant will lead hands-on implementations of ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or FSM, by configuring, customizing, and integrating modules. They will conduct technical workshops and design sessions with clients, develop and implement workflows, forms, portals, and automation using Flow Designer, JavaScript, and APIs, and collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical deliverables. Responsibilities also include drafting and validating user stories, providing mentorship and code reviews to junior consultants, and conducting technical training for client teams.
