Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, deployment, and optimization of Amazon Connect solutions for enterprise-scale environments
  • Develop complex Lambda functions (Node.js) for automation, real-time data processing, and third-party system integrations
  • Architect and implement advanced Amazon Lex conversational IVR systems and intelligent chatbots with NLP/AI integration
  • Design and secure API Gateway integrations with external CRMs, ticketing systems, and custom applications
  • Oversee the use of S3 and DynamoDB for large-scale data management, reporting, and storage optimization
  • Define and enforce IAM governance, security policies, and compliance standards for contact center applications
  • Drive proactive monitoring, incident analysis, and system optimization using CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and custom dashboards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps, solution strategies, and business impact assessments
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and cross-functional teams
  • Stay updated with the latest AWS innovations and recommend improvements for scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency
