Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience with an advanced degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong hands-on experience as an SAP SD Functional Analyst, with a focus on SAP ECC and S/4HANA
  • Experience with SAP upgrade and S/4HANA implementation
  • Experience with Global rollouts, including e-invoice implementation and rollout, coordinating with multiple teams and understanding the end-to-end solution
  • Experience working on rebate management, including standard, extended, and Vistex rebate processes
  • Experience working on SAP SD pricing and integrating prices from various pricing tools
  • Strong virtual communication skills across all levels of Business and IT organizations
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Seasoned SAP professional with proven track record in navigating both ECC and S/4HANA, including expertise in platform capabilities, architecture, security, and compliance

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP configurations
  • Configure, customize, and maintain SAP SD modules, including integration with other modules
  • Provide expertise in SAP best practices and advise on system optimizations and enhancements
  • Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation projects, including Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run phases
  • Work with other functional leads in the IT team to ensure that the functional design and configuration in the areas of SAP SD align with SAP best practices
  • Perform system integration activities ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment
  • Conduct thorough testing of configured solutions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and reliability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP SOM area and integrations
  • Provide user training and support during project implementations and post-go-live phases
  • Stay updated on SAP SD trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve processes and systems
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices
