A Masters or Ph.D. degree in engineering, computer science/engineering or related field is required, along with 10+ years of technical hands-on experience in HDD, either in firmware or development engineering.
Candidates need significant experience with HDD firmware, logs, and analytics, data engineering and analytics capability, basic knowledge of reliability principles and statistics, and demonstrated ability to innovate and solve technical challenges.
