Requirements

Bachelor degree or higher in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics or related science/engineering
Experienced 5+ years in HDD or Electronics industry
In depth understanding for the HGA product characteristics and how they will influence to downstream processes/product performance (HSA and HDD levels), including but not limited to Gram Load, Pitch/Roll Static Attitudes, Resonance, Flyability, etc
Ability to identify and execute the process/product improvement opportunities to deliver the optimum factory KPI’s (Yield, Cpk, Quality metrics, Capacity, etc.) and product KPOV’s
Ability to improve the incident FA turnaround time through systematic methodology and digitalization
Ability to assess and closely work with concerning parties for new process/technology/product to guarantee no capacity, cost and quality hiccup since NPI and Mass Production builds
Good in communications
Data analytics and/or coding skills is an advantage
Eager on learning and self-development

Responsibilities

Mechanical expert in HGA operation
Leverage related knowledge to improve FA turnaround time and predictable machine performance for maximizing reliable capacity, Yield and product quality
Support HGA NPI product builds, HGA Automation transitioning and all HGA new technology and process reviews for volume production readiness
