Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or higher in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics or related science/engineering
  • Experienced 5+ years in HDD or Electronics industry
  • In depth understanding for the HGA product characteristics and how they will influence to downstream processes/product performance (HSA and HDD levels), including but not limited to Gram Load, Pitch/Roll Static Attitudes, Resonance, Flyability, etc
  • Ability to identify and execute the process/product improvement opportunities to deliver the optimum factory KPI’s (Yield, Cpk, Quality metrics, Capacity, etc.) and product KPOV’s
  • Ability to improve the incident FA turnaround time through systematic methodology and digitalization
  • Ability to assess and closely work with concerning parties for new process/technology/product to guarantee no capacity, cost and quality hiccup since NPI and Mass Production builds
  • Good in communications
  • Data analytics and/or coding skills is an advantage
  • Eager on learning and self-development

  • Mechanical expert in HGA operation
  • Leverage related knowledge to improve FA turnaround time and predictable machine performance for maximizing reliable capacity, Yield and product quality
  • Support HGA NPI product builds, HGA Automation transitioning and all HGA new technology and process reviews for volume production readiness
